Qualified Funding Adviser, member of the Institute of Fundraising and of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs, and SFEDI accredited Social Enterprise Adviser, Melody has worked to help groups secure funds and develop their work since 1999. She has worked with around 130 different organisations each year, raising over £1 million a year.
Originally from Portugal, Sílvia came to York to study Environmental Economics at university, and in York she stayed. As well as volunteering and working for a number of different charities, she has completed the Funding Training Programme and a Level 2 qualification in Funding Advice. She has extensive experience in planning and running Environmental Education projects with children and young people, and has helped secure funding for, and given advice to, a wide range of charities and community groups.
After studying Fine Art at university, Natalie moved back to York and started work with Beware of the Bull in 2011. As well as her degree, she is fully trained in grants fundraising, with specialist skills in planning and running community arts projects. She has helped fundraise for, plan and organise a whole range of arts exhibitions and events.
